  • How long does a windshield replacement take?

    A windshield replacement takes about one hour to do.

  • How long does a windshield repair take?

    Typically, a star or bullseye repair takes about half an hour, start to finish. For more than one chip add about fifteen minutes each. There are exceptions as some cracks are just plain stubborn. We do not repair by a clock…the repair has to be complete no matter how long it takes us.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    YES. At First Call Auto Glass, you receive a WRITTEN LIFETIME warranty against manufacture defects, leaks, and workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.

  • How much does the warranty cost?

    Our warranty comes with every piece of glass installed, at no additional cost!!!
